Everyone Health supports families with children aged 5-19 (up to 25 with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) to make healthier lifestyle choices to achieve a healthy weight. We provide a number a services which you can see below.
Meet the staff
The team consists of a Dietician, Nutritionists registered with the Association for Nutrition and Physical Activity Specialists who are passionate about providing children, young people and parents the tools to thrive into adulthood. All staff are DBS checked and have experience in working with families.
The Alive N Kicking Programmes
Alive ‘N’ Kicking is a free 12 week Family Healthy Lifestyle Programme in Hackney and the City of London. The programme aims to increase the number of children and young people who are a healthy weight by making informed lifestyle choices.
- Alive ‘N’ Kicking Infant and Junior programme for 5-11 year olds
- Alive ‘N’ Kicking Young Persons programme for 12-19 year olds
- One to one support for those with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities
How to Refer onto the ANK Programme or to find out more
- Child or Young Person aged 5-19 years (to 25 with SEND)
- A resident, registered with a GP or attend school in Hackney or the City of London
- Overweight or obese (i.e. BMI centile ≥ 91st centile)

Training on Raising the Issue of Weight with Parents and Carers
Training aims to improve the skills and knowledge of professionals working with 5-19 year olds so they have the confidence to raise the issue of weight with parents and carers.

School Catering Reviews and Packed lunch reviews
School catering reviews and packed lunch reviews aim to increase the quality of food consumed in schools by highlighting where and how improvements can be made. Health resources are available to schools to support them to make changes.
Training to School Catering Staff on Implementing School Food Standards
Training will provide school staff and catering staff the knowledge and confidence to meet the School Food Standards. Good food provision within in schools has been shown to lead not only to healthier children, but to improved attainment.
