Do you have contact with people who would benefit from a healthier lifestyle?

Are you uncertain how to approach the subject and what to say to help them?

Course outline:

Everyone Health is currently delivering the accredited Making Every Contact Count – Healthy skills training courses across Cambridgeshire. This course is about making the most of the opportunistic moments that can make a difference to people’s health and wellbeing.

By supporting people to make changes to their lifestyles it is possible to prevent ill health, improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities. Making Every Contact Count is about altering how we interact with people through having Healthy Conversations and learning how to spot opportunities to talk to people about their wellbeing.
