An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, highly organised, Clinical Governance Administrator to join Everyone Health Ltd and support the Clinical Governance Manager and Head of Everyone Health.

Everyone Health delivers multi-component health related and lifestyle services, including prevention and early intervention, to adults and children, on behalf of Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities in community based localities across the UK.

Based in the head office in Hinckley, this role will provide critical full administrative support to the Clinical Governance Manager and Head of Everyone Health, directly supporting our governance processes and maintaining the administration system and databases for Clinical Governance.

Duties will include day to day provision of business administration services to the CG team including handling telephone calls / messages, electronic communication, appointment management, uploading and maintaining of records and policies, HR & recruitment operational processing, word processing, creating excel spreadsheets, data entry, organisation of training courses / meetings, minute taking, post room duties, production of resources and other general administrative duties.

Stop Smoking Practitioner – Cambridgeshire

The stop smoking practitioner is responsible for supporting and facilitating smoking cessation programmes within the CAMQUIT stop smoking service in Cambridgeshire. You will be providing high quality behavioural support and pharmacological advice to Cambridgeshire residents who wish to stop smoking.
