An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Nutritionist with a passion and specialist interest in weight management. This role will contribute to the development, provision and coordination of an integrated Lifestyle Service delivered across Cambridgeshire. This community-based, multi component service brings together a range of different programmes under one Countywide Lifestyle Service, centred on supporting residents to lead healthier lives.

Playing a pivotal role within this service, you will be responsible for providing high quality patient-centred, timely and cost-effective care within Tier 2 services working within a multi-disciplinary specialist weight management team.   Providing expert nutrition advice, underpinned by a sound knowledge of theoretical principles of behaviour change, you will support children, young people and adults across Cambridgeshire to make informed decisions in relation to their weight, contributing towards a healthier lifestyle.

Stop Smoking Practitioner – Redbridge / Waltham Forest

Full / Part Time / Casual roles.    Competitive Salary.

The stop smoking practitioner is responsible for supporting and facilitating the development of community based smoking cessation programmes.

Working in conjunction with a delivery team, you will be planning and delivering a dynamic and accessible smoking cessation service within the Redbridge and Waltham Forest areas, in both one to one and group environments.

You will be improving accessibility of the Stop Smoking Service through the pro-active promotion of the smoking cessation programme and referral pathways amongst primary and secondary care services, other key health care providers, allied professionals, community development initiatives, local agencies and the general public.
